DELIVERY

What are the delivery methods offered?

All your orders are shipped directly from our warehouse located in Normandy, free of charge.

  • With Colissimo in mainland France.
  • With Colissimo International for you orders abroad.

What are the delivery times?

Here are the different delivery time depending on your country.

  • in France: 72 hours, from dispatch Monday to Saturday.
  • in Europe: 5 to 8 working days from the dispatch of your order from Monday to Saturday.
  • The rest of the world: 8 to 21 working days from the dispatch of your order.

However, delivery time may vary depending on the country and local posts. We accept no responsibility for the extension of delivery time due to the carrier.

How do I track my parcel?

You will be able to follow your package(s) as soon as it has been shipped from our warehouse. You will receive an email during all stages, from the preparation of your order to the reception of your package. Don’t worry! You will also receive a message as soon as it is being prepared. Then, you will receive another message indicating that your package has been taken care of and shipped, with a tracking number that will allow you to follow it directly  on the Colissimo website by entering the number that has been transmitted to you.

What happens if I am not at home during the delivery process?

Don’t worry! The postman will leave you a note of passage with the post office nearby indicated. Then you will be able to go directly pick up your package the next day with your ID. If you gave your phone number when you ordered, the postman will call you before delivering.

Can I have my order delivered to a location other than my home?

Of course you totally can! During the payment process, you will have to fill in your billing and delivery addresses which may be different. Thus, if you wish, you can have your order delivered to the place of your choice, make a gift to a loved one by entering their address and contact information in the delivery information space.

I did not receive my package. What can I do?

This can happen for different reasons, but don’t worry, every problem has its solution.

The postman may have forgotten to leave a delivery note, but you will be able to quickly check with your tracking number where your package is. It is also possible that there was an error in the address. In this case, you can contact us directly at info@wibes-store.com and we will be happy to answer all your questions and solve all your problems.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUND

How do I return my order or request an exchange?

The process is simple and here are the different steps to follow:

  • Then enter your Bigblue order number that you received in your order tracking emails.

  • Your Bigblue order number can be found in the tracking emails you have received when you placed your order.

  • Now enter the postal code of your billing address you entered when you ordered on our site.

  • Click on “Print Return Label” and you have completed the online procedure.
  • Print the return label.
  • Place the delivery note received in your original package inside your return box with your pair(s) of Wibes placed in their original box, as you received it.
  • Stick the return label on the return box and go to the nearest post office to drop off your box.

If I would like a refund :

  • As soon as we receive your pair(s) at our warehouse in good condition, we will process your refund. This will be effective and visible on your bank account within a period of 15 days, from the moment we have proceeded to your refund, to the reception of your return in good condition.

If you would like to exchange your pair for a different size :

  • As soon as we receive your pair(s) at our warehouse in new condition, we will proceed with the exchange. Your pair will be delivered to you within the same time frame as your first pair and under the same conditions.

If you would like to exchange your pair for a different model :

  • You will have to return your pair according to the procedure indicated above, we will proceed to your refund and you will have to place a new order on our website.

How do I return my order outside of France?

If you would like to return your order and you are located outside of France, the procedure is exactly the same as for France for the following countries:

  • Austria
  • Germany
  • Belgium
  • Denmark
  • Spain
  • Finland
  • Greece
  • Hungary
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • Luxembourg
  • The Netherlands
  • Poland
  • Portugal
  • Czech Republic
  • United Kingdom
  • Slovakia

If you are neither in France nor in one of the above countries:

  • Simply contact us indicating that you would like to return your pair(s) at info@wibes-store.com.
  • We will send you directly a return label that you will have to print out.
  • Place the delivery note received in your original package inside your return box with your pair(s) of Wibes placed in their original box, as you received it.
  • Stick the return label on the return box and go to the nearest post office to drop off your box.

As soon as we receive your pair(s) at our warehouse in good condition, we will process your refund. This will be effective and visible on your bank account within a period of 15 days, from the moment we have proceeded to your refund, to the reception of your return in good condition.

How much time do I have to return my item?

You have the legal time limit of 15 days from the reception of your order to the return of your items to us. To be refunded, all you need is that your pair is new, without any trace of wear and tear and in its original packaging. Beyond this period, and in case of non respect of the good condition of the pair, we will not be able to accept your return, nor proceed to your refund.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

The return costs are at our expense, and are therefore offered to you.
